Bending of construction steel
Apart from production of forks (stirrups) and steel ribbed iron of standard dimensions and diameters, the company Trgovir d.o.o. also offers manufacturing as well as the services of bending and cutting of ribbed iron according to the customer’s wishes. The company has a wide range of ribbed iron from 4mm to 32mm in diameter. Bending of ribbed iron is performed on specialized machines of modern type and high precision, which enables repeatability and accuracy of the dimensions of the final products. With a large-capacity warehouse in our possession, we offer a constant stock of ribbed steel of all dimensions at any time. Our expert team performs constant monitoring and control which enables us to obtain products defined by technical documentation. All our products received within the reinforcing plant after production are labeled and carefully stored and left to wait for the final delivery. When it comes to the raw material used for this process, one part uses our own ribbed bar with diameter of up to 10mm, while hot-rolled ribbed bar, which is purchased from Arcellor Mittal from Zenica, is used for larger diameters ranging from 10 to 32mm. Company Trgovir d.o.o. also produces its own cold-ribbed iron from hot-rolled low-carbon wire.
